Electric stopper system - more precision for your pouring unit

Electric stopper system for the regulated pouring of different quantities of liquid iron.

The stopper is driven by an electric motor via a ball spindle. The closing force with which the stopper is pressed into the plug holder is proportional to the motor current and can reach up to 2.300 N.
The possibility to adapt the stopper system to a pouring control system is given, which guarantees the precise pouring of liquid iron.
