Pushing a crucible out of a melting furnace neatly and within a few minutes is a wish shared by many foundry men. With ABP's crucible push-out device this dream came true.
At older furnaces in particular, crucible changing is still a high-cost and exhausting manual job. The crucible must be wrecked and the debris removed from the furnace with noise and dust as unpleasant accompaniments.
ABP Induction has developed a convincing solution for streamlining work. Within a few minutes, the crucible push-out device TAV-SR forces a crucible out of a furnace by a hydraulic ram in a single operation and drops the ejected piece into a waiting pucket.
