ABP Induction Systems GmbH in Dortmund addressed those challenges and with great pleasure is able to report an increased turnover of  35 % compared to the previous year. Operating result also saw a significant increase when compared to the previous year.

The positive growth is also reflected in the number of employees. ABP employed 155 people in 2008. The figure rose to 173 employees on average for 2009. The balance of experienced staff and new employees is one of the keys to the successful expansion of ABP Induction’s market position. The number of trainees rose significantly; 11 trainees started their careers with ABP in 2009 as compared to 7 in 2008.
