Wire Heating

Induction is an ideal technology for the in-line heating applications.  The non-contact, direct coupling offers shorter line lengths, high efficiencies, and rapid, uniform heating for a wide variety of wire, strip and tube applications.

ABP has developed a line speed compensation package that can be added to the power supply to maintain a constant process temperature even with line speed variations.

Our systems capabilities include upgrading existing in-line installations or the complete design and fabrication of turnkey operations.
